Our Team
Dr. Justin MacDonald
Dr. Justin MacDonald grew up in Orillia, ON and earned his Doctor of Optometry and Bachelor of Science degrees at the University of Waterloo. While studying at the University of Waterloo, he completed research in low vision and earned the Dr. Howard Backman award for his contributions. Dr. MacDonald also completed specialized training in ocular diseases, and his clinical interests include dry eye, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
When outside of the clinic, Justin enjoys exercising, watching reality TV and playing catch with his partner and mini Goldendoodle, Murphy.
