**Plan covers a one-time replacement per complete pair of prescription glasses (frames and lenses) including prescription sunglasses (excludes Maui Jim and Oakley). Plan covers accidental damage only. Plan does not cover lost or stolen eyewear. Replacement eyewear must be claimed during the plan period. Damaged frames and lenses must be returned to one of our locations in Canada to receive a replacement of equal or lesser value of the original purchase price. Replacement must be the same prescription as the damaged eyewear. When multiple pairs of eyewear are purchased together, coverage for each pair is required to participate in the protection program. Excludes contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses. Coverage period is two years from pick up date. Offer may vary from time to time and may be amended or cancelled at any time. Some additional exclusions and conditions may apply.

Returns Policy
We understand that customers may not always be totally happy with their purchase, and it's our goal to make sure that all our customers remain satisfied. To ensure this, we offer a one-month satisfaction policy for our frame selection. We also recognize that prescription lenses are unique, so we do charge a restocking fee in the event of an exchange. Despite that fact, our returns policy is as generous as those of any other business in the industry. We take every case into consideration individually, because everybody deserves to be treated fairly. Moreover, we strongly believe that there is no better customer service than ours!
